Deeper Friends
Here
are a few shots of
friends and fans. Hey, y'all!

Dale Reigle
of Riegle's Barber Shop gives Lane a trim before videotaping
for Black Sheep.

Just a leeetle
more of the sides.

Chris Wells (our First Fan) mans the raffle ticket sales table
at Danville Foodstock '08.

JJ and unknown friend man the Deeper Blues nerch table at Foodstock.

Big E and Larry Weatherford MC the benefit, and both are GREAT
friends!
Pastor Melissa Forman of New Kingdom Christian Church - our
Official Sanctuary.

Here's Gary with good friend Bob Stevens. They go all the way
back to school and they're still tight.
Recently, Bob took a position with the Deeper Blues team, handling
guitar/bass tech duties for the
live shows, and as Chief Researcher for our management company.
And we're SO glad he did!

Amber, shown here with Jonesy, is one of our "Next Generation"
fans. A member of the Stevens family,
she's at almost every show here in town. And she made her dad
get her a CD of her own! We like that!

Another one of Amber, this time with James. They make a nice
couple, huh?

Larry Cope from Riegel's Barbershop, the only place Lane will
get his hair cut. "They're old-school, just like us!"

Chris Wells started it all, by bugging Lane to start a band
to play at Charlotte's
Cafe in hometown Danville. Thanks, Chris! Without you, this
would be the band
that wasn't! Chris is now also part of our management team.

Alan Wait, manager of MB Music and Sound, introduced Lane
and Gary only days before Lane's first gig at Charlotte's. With
that meeting, Deeper Blues was formed. THANKS, Alan!

Bubba (red shirt) oversees the grill. It's all great, but our
favorites are the Pork Tenderloin and
The GrillMaster's own BubbaBurger! Behind him is his assistant
Rob, who also happens to be
Lane's mailman. Between them, they serve a couple-three cows,
a few pigs and WhoNose
how many chickens every time the band plays. Add a 55-gallon
drum of Bubba-Q sauce,
some Corn Salad and big ol' slice of pie and you're ready for
some Blues! Order up!

Alan is there almost every week (unless he's playing with his
band) and always brings a table-full!

Fred (the guy with the beard) is a great friend, coming to Charlotte's
almost
every week. Last week, he brought us home-made Chocolate Bread
Pudding
his wife made just for us! Way cool!
Arabella Watson (with mom Wendy) shows off her Lifetime
Backstage Pass.
